The shipments offered by Huma-i.eu are operated by express courier:
For shipments we are: DHL, UPS delivery service in 24/78 hours.
Delivery times vary depending on the products and the delivery region.
The customer will receive a message with the tracking number once the order has been completed so that they can track it down and contact the courier
The goods will be delivered within the times indicated on the website (24/72 hours), unless the customer wishes the goods to be delivered later than the scheduled date.
Delivery times are indicated in working days (Monday to Friday) on each product sheet and start from the confirmation of payment.
Occasionally, for reasons beyond Huma-i's control, the delivery date may be delayed by 7 working days. In this case, the buyer can cancel the order and get back the amount paid.
Failure to deliver is not considered as such if it was delayed on its own initiative or if it was not possible to locate the buyer by means of the data provided by him.
The products offered by Huma-i are shipped to all countries of the European Union, UK and Andorra.
The price of the products includes taxes and transport. However, shipping to the Balearic and Canary Islands may be subject to transport costs for some products. In any case, this possible increase will be reported in the cart at the time of the order.
Receipt of the order
The courier will make deliveries from Monday to Friday in the morning or in the afternoon (depending on the delivery route established for your city), always agreeing an appointment with her before leaving.
When your order leaves our facilities, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provided in the purchase form, informing you of the status of your order.
Orders are covered by insurance for 100% of the value of the goods. In the exceptional case that the shipment is damaged during transport, you must indicate the anomalies on the delivery note of the carrier and contact Huma-i via the free telephone number of customer service +34 872723212 or using the following contact form.
After 5 days of receipt of the goods, no complaints will be accepted as we are required to contact the courier as soon as possible to request the forwarding of the file to the insurance. All complaints due to transport damage must be addressed to Huma-i within the indicated period and we will endeavor to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
We remind you never to throw away the packaging of the products until you have checked that they are in perfect condition and that all the products correspond to those ordered. If you wish to take advantage of the satisfaction guarantee, in the first 30 calendar days of the return period starting from the date of receipt of the order, you must keep the original packaging and all components.
Right of withdrawal:
As a consumer and user, you have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal. The useful period to return the order is calculated starting from the receipt of the same. The customer can return the products as long as they are in perfect condition and have not been used. To return the purchase, the customer must complete the following withdrawal form and return it signed to the e-mail address email@example.com or to the postal address that appears in the Withdrawal Form.
5.1. Different ways to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can send your request for withdrawal using the form in section 5 or return the products to the following address: Calle Sant Antoni 65, bajos 17600 Figueres, Gerona, Spain.
In the event that a transport service is requested for the return of the product, the costs of this service will be deducted when the money is returned.
The item must be delivered in perfect condition as well as all its original components and in the event that it is not returned in its original packaging it could suffer depreciation.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal gives rise to the reimbursement of the sums paid by the consumer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the exercise of the aforementioned right and from the receipt of the goods.
The refund will be made through the same payment method selected by the customer at the time of the order.
In case of wear or deterioration of the goods for reasons that are not exclusively due to its testing in order to make a decision on its final purchase, Huma-i may agree with the customer the corresponding compensation proportional to the deterioration.
